Jiarui Ding received the M.Sc. degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada, in 2009. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada. His current research interests include tandem mass spectral data analysis, machine learning, and its applications to bioinformatics and computer vision.
