Jiangfeng Xian received the B.S. degree from the College of Transport and Communications, Shanghai Maritime University, in 2015. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Merchant Marine College, Shanghai Maritime University. He has participated in two National natural science foundation project, (1) The Three-Dimensional Dynamic Cooperative Localization Mechanism of Marine Sensor Networks Based on Wave Shadowing Effect Model and (2) Study on the Mechanism of Dynamic Topology and Temporal and Spatial Random Coverage of Wireless Sensor Network in Maritime Search and Rescue, respectively. He has published four articles indexed by SCIE in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include data fusion and target detection in ocean wireless sensor networks.
