Jian Jiang

Jian Jiang (S'01) received the Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from North China Power University, Baoding, Hebei, China, in 1995, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Clemson University, Clemson, SC, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. From 1995 to 1999, he was with an electric utility company in China. From 2000 to 2006, he was a Graduate Student and Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Clemson University. Currently, he is with AREVA T&D, Redmond, WA. His research interests include power quality, power electronics, power system grounding, distributed generation, power system deregulation and markets, and computer techniques in power systems.
