个人简介
Jiale He received the master’s degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree.
His current research interests include modeling, simulation, and design of HgCdTe-based nBn devices and the multiple-stage interband infrared detectors of infrared photodetectors.
