Jiadong Yu

Jiadong Yu received the B.E. degree in optoelectronics from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in optoelectronics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2018. His research interests include low-temperature growth of III-nitride semiconductors on amorphous substrates, van der Waals epitaxy of III-nitrides on 2D material, study of III-nitride quantum dots in light-emitting devices, and packaging technology for high-speed optoelectronic devices.
