A Postdoctoral researcher working in the field of heterogeneous catalysis. My current work is on oxidative carbonylation, reacting CO2 and methanol to produce dimethyl carbonate (DMC) through heterogeneous catalysis. The focus is on analysis of the reaction pathway using an intricate operando FTIR and TPD-MS system, incorporating steady state transient isotopic kinetic analysis (SSTIKA). I am experienced in a variety of analytical techniques including FTIR, TPD, XRD, GC and MS techniques.
