Jerome Roy

Jerome Roy is a researcher at INRAE, Nutrition Metabolism Aquaculture (NuMeA) research unit in St-Pee-sur-Nivelle, France. Currently, Jerome Roy is involved in the understanding of the feeding behavior of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fed with 100% plant based diet using different approaches (behavioval experiment ; self-feeder, molecular biology, biochemistry, lipidomic) at different levels from cells up to the fish.
