Jeffrey Yu

Jeffrey W. Yu received a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA. He is the Project engineer/architect for the Space Interferometer Mission and a principal engineer at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He has worked on the design and implementation of space and ground based interferometers including the Palomar Testbed Interferometer, Keck Interferometer Array, and the DS-3 Separated Spacecraft Interferometer. He has also been the deputy task manager for the interferometry technology program.
