Portillo Javier

Javier Portillo received the telecommunication engineering degree in 1985 and the Ph.D. in telecommunication engineering in 1991, both from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Madrid, Spain. Currently, he is Professor with the Signal, System and Radiocommunication Department, Telecommunication Engineering School, Polytechnic University of Madrid. His research interests are image processing, computer vision, and simulation. He is author or co-author of many research papers and technical reports and he has worked in or managed more than 30 research public projects and private projects with enterprises.
