Jasna Maver

Jasna Maver received the PhD degree in computer science from the University of Ljubljana in 1995. From 1990 to 1991, she was with the Department of Computer and Information Science, GRASP Laboratory, University of Pennsylvania, working on the problem of next view planning. She is an associate professor of computer and information science at the University of Ljubljana. She holds a position in the Department of Library and Information Science and Book Studies of the Faculty of Arts. She is also a research associate of the Computer Vision Laboratory of the Faculty of Computer and Information Science. Her research interests include methods for learning and objects recognition. She is a member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society.
