Bio
Jasna Mastilović was born in Novi Sad , Serbia in 1962. She graduated and gained master and doctor title in the fields of food engineering and biotechnology at University of Novi Sad. Master program of business administration she completed at the University of Sheffield, UK.
The first area of her research interests is wheat quality and technology but she dedicated her interests also to areas of food safety, development of new systems, processes, products and methods, as well as identification, protection and promotion of traditional and regional food products. She is partly engaged also in research in the field of humanities with the main focus to knowledge management, as well as to implementation of IT technologies in food value chains.
She achieved significant results in the field of analysis, development and implementation of development strategies related to agricultural and food sector, including Smart Specialisation Strategy of Serbia. She published over 150 papers in academic journals, and held over 300 presentations at different scientific and other events.
