My PhD explored how mindfulness affects people's experiences of living with a long term health condition. I have subsequently worked on various projects including: developing support for parents with excessively crying babies; patients' use of urgent and emergency care for clinically non-urgent problems; women's experience of managing endometriosis; and experiences of NHS111 online service. I am currently working on a project to explore factors affecting retention of NHS mental health staff.
