Janice Enos

Broadly, I am interested in how songbirds collect information to make important decisions, especially related to habitat selection and predation risk. Currently I am working as a USDA-funded Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr. Mark Hauber's Lab at The University of Illinois. We are investigating how brood parasitism risk influences habitat selection, nest defense, and parental investment in hosts of the Brown-headed Cowbird. Much of this work is collaborative with PhD Candidate Shelby Lawson.
