个人简介
Interested in the dynamic, multifaceted and pluralistic nature of strategy, my research focuses on how people in organizations experience and respond to strategic complexity. I am intrigued by how people do strategy in practice when elements of strategy are paradoxical, i.e., contradictory, interdependent and enduring. I foster strong publications from projects supported by competitive grant funding with high quality data and methodological rigor. I have a passion for qualitative methods, research training and teaching strategy. I am a recognized leader in the strategy-as-practice and paradox communities.
