She has developed a number of new clinical services at Westmead including the Diabetes Transition Support Program for young people with diabetes, The NeuroEndocrine Tumour Service, the Metabolic Bone Disease service and was successful in obtaining long term funding for the Adult Genetic Metabolic Disease service. She is on the ACI committee for Transition which seeks to improve the management of young people with chronic disease and has been involved in the writing of National Guidelines for management of Type I diabetes and Management of Cystic Fibrosis related Diabetes. She has >20 publications in peer reviewed journals.
