个人简介
Jan Muszalski received the M.S. degree in physics from the Physics Department, Warsaw University, in 1992, and the Ph.D. and Habilitation degrees in solid state electronics from the Institute of Electron Technology (ITE), now Łukasiewicz Research Network–Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics, in 1997 and 2003, respectively.
Since 1997, he has been holding positions of an associate research professor and a professor at ITE. He spent nine months at Université Montpellier 2, Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc II, Montpellier, France, and held an eight-month sabbatical at University Collage Cork. He is currently a Lecturer with the Physics Department, Warsaw University of Technology. His research interests include the epitaxial growth of III/V-compound semiconductors and photonic devices, especially VECSELs and MECSELs.
