Ahmed Ali Jaleel

His work-related areas include Engineering, Customer Services, Services Development, Customer Experience, and Quality Assurance. Jaleel is a consultant in business and management areas. He is also a visiting/part-time lecturer and Examiner at The Maldives National University Faculty of Science Engineering & Technology, and at Business School; In addition, he facilitates various postgraduate and undergraduate modules at Maps College, Cyryx College. He has facilitated corporate training for Villa Research Institute. Jaleel is an approved Course Facilitator for the Australian Institute of Business as well as an approved Lecturer for the University of Bedfordshire (UK). Jaleel completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business/Management from Management and Science University, Malaysia. He is a proud MSUrian who is a recipient of the prestigious President Award for excellent achievement in both academic and soft-skill-building activities throughout his Ph.D. studies. He has published papers related to research areas of interest which include Behavioral Intentions, Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Medical Tourism. He is a peer reviewer of manuscripts for Emerald Journals. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MMUBS, UK) with Merit; a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (UK), a Diploma in Engineering specialized in Operational Telecommunications (UK), and is Certified in Call Center Operations. Jaleel's greatest inspiration in life is his late Dad, Ali Moosa Didi, a multi-talented person who taught him the meaning of life and always encouraged him to learn more and gain learning and knowledge in various fields to gain diverse skill sets.
