Jae-Jung Kim

Jae-Jung Kim was born in Daegu, Korea, in 1975. He received his B.S. degree, and M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Hanyang University, KOREA, in 1997, and in 1999, respectively. In 1997, he was with the Quality and Reliability Lab of Daewoo Elec. for more than one decade, working on failure physics and failure analysis of electric and electronic goods, ranging from components to systems. He is currently a Research Professor at Reliability Analysis Research Center at Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea. His research interests include S/W reliability, electronic cooling, and failure analysis.
