个人简介
The goal of the project is to develop a commercially viable materials package for carbon nanotube based transistor devices in printable electronics. The main focus is currently on optimizing polymer dielectrics for p-, n-type and ambipolar operation. Our team benefits from a diverse set of skills: carbon nanotube ink formulation; device fabrication; and electrical testing. The research is also well supported by an extensive expertise in optical characterization methods.
