Jacques-Antoine Hennekinne

Jacques-Antoine Hennekinne currently works at the The Laboratory for Food Safety at Anses where he manages the Staphylococcus, Bacillus and Clostridium unit. He is the deputy scientific director of this laboratory. Jacques-Antoine does research in food microbiology. As examples, he managed the One Health EJP Tox-detect project and took part in numerous projects involving bacteria producing toxins.
