个人简介
Jacopo Frigerio received the Ph.D. (cum laude) degree in physics from PoliMi in 2014, discussing a thesis on SiGe heterostructures for photonic applications. His research is focused on the deposition and fabrication of SiGe heterostructures and their cutting-edge applications in near and mid-infrared photonics, thermoelectric power generation, and plasmonics. In particular, he developed growth protocols and fabrication procedures for the realization of SiGe-based devices used for photodetection, optical modulation, integrated photonics, and mid-infrared sensing.
