I am a driven scientist focusing on improving clinical outcomes through a combination pre-clinical and clinical experimental approach. My current research utilizes rodent models of acute kidney injury to understand the immune cell activation sequencing associated with the progression from acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease. My primary career objective is to develop specific therapies which may modulate lymphocyte function and improve clinical prognosis.
