Physician graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - University of São Paulo - USP - Ribeirão Preto - Brazil; Master's Degree in Genetics from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - USP; and Doctor in Genetics from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - USP. Assistant Professor at São Paulo State University (UNESP). Advisor of the Graduate Program in Genetics at the Faculty of Medicine - USP - Ribeirão Preto - USP; the Graduate Program in Biosciences at UNESP - Campus de Assis; and the Graduate Program in Biotechnology ICB (USP) - Instituto Butantan - IPT. The research experience is directed to Human and Medical Genetics, acting on the following topics: regenerative and translational medicine, stem cells, cell therapy, cell therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for cell-based thearpy in wound healing, 3D printing of biogels for the production of biodressings and epidemiology of human parasites.
