Josep M Folch currently works at the Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) and is professor at the Department of Animal and Food Science , Autonomous University of Barcelona. Josep does research in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics and Genomics applied to animal breeding. In the last years he has focussed in the analysis of quantitative traits (QTLs), genes and gene networks affecting economically relevant traits in pigs.
