个人简介
Ivana Lončarević defended PhD thesis at the Department of Engineering Carbohydrate Foods at Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad in 2013.
The following year (2014) she was elected to the position of Research Fellow and in 2018. She was elected to Assistant. Today, she is a Senior Research Fellow and Assistant Professor at Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad.
Ivana Lončarević is involved in Laboratory for testing the quality of food products at Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, where she is the coordinator of the Laboratory for testing the quality of confectionery products.
Beside research activities, Ivana Lončarević works with students, where she performs laboratory exercises within the courses of Technology of chocolate and cocoa products, Technology of biscuits and candies, Quality control in technology of sugar and confectionery products, and Edible fats in confectionery products.
She has published a number of papers in the field of Food Engineering in leading national and international journals and was a participant in a number of domestic and international conferences.
