Dr Ivan Rukhlenko is a recognised physicist, with a unique combination of expertise in the fields of nanophotonics, quantum-dot spectroscopy, and chiral nanostructures. He has built an international reputation in optics, condensed matter physics, and nanophotonics by making significant contributions to the understanding of low-dimensional systems, nonlinear silicon photonics, plasmonics, and chiral light–matter interaction at the nanoscale. He has published 3 books, 2 book chapters and more than 150 papers in highly ranked refereed journals, including Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Journal of Physics Chemistry Letters, Chemical Communications, and Advanced Optical Materials.
