Italo Rodrigo Calori

Italo Rodrigo Calori, holds a doctorate in science (area: Chemistry) from the State University of Maringá with co-supervision from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto/University of Sao Paulo (FFCLRP/USP). He holds a Master's degree in Science (area: chemistry, 2016) from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto/USP and completed the Undergraduate Course in Chemistry - Licentiate (2013), from the State University of Maringá (State University of Maringa (UEM). During graduation, he received a scientific initiation grant from the National Network of Nanotechnology nBioNeT where he carried out a research internship at the NUPESF laboratory (UEM) in studies of interaction, localization and distribution of xanthenic derivatives in biological membranes using liposomes as biomimetic systems. of Physical Chemistry and Photophysics with emphasis on studies of liposomes and liposome/triblock-type polymer mixtures as drug delivery systems, working mainly on the following topics: nanotechnology, liposomes, formulation, self-aggregation, photodynamic therapy, and cancer.
