My research interests include: 1) molecular analysis of humic substances aimed at developing chemical library of humic systems and generation of "structure-property" relationships; 2) directed modification and fractionation of humic systems aimed at inducing tailored properties (redox activity, surface activity, incorporation of biologically active metals) 3) nature-like techniques and technologies for medicine, ecology and agriculture
