My main interest is in Evo-Devo, most precisely in: -How morphological complexity increases during development -Combining approaches like computational biology, genetics, developmental biology and population genomics to understand better the evolutionary forces shaping morphology -Genotype-Phenotype map Recently, I have been working on a quantitative analysis of the compartmentalization and spatial complexity of gene expression during the embryonic development of different metazoan species.
