PhD Ionela Mițuko VLAD, taught economic courses for more than 20 years at University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Faculty of Management and Rural Development. She is graduaded of the UASVM Bucharest, Faculty of Agriculture and also obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. She spent five years in a doctoral study program at Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. She accomplished an internship at the European Commision (DG Agri), Bruxelles.
