Ioannis Keramidas

Ioannis Keramidas holds a B.Sc. degree in Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 2014. He has completed his M.Sc. degree on Fisheries Biology and Management at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, since May 2017. He has worked at the Laboratory of Ichthyology in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as a Research Associate from 2019 and from May 2020 is a PhD candidate. He is currently employed in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece as a research associate in EcoScope (H2020), promoting effective and efficient ecosystem-based approaches to fisheries management. His main interests include environmental history, invasive species monitoring, protected species conservation, population genetic analysis, ecological models, advanced statistics and satellite assistance programs for remote sensing and information. He is an experienced PADI Divemaster seeking new adventures.
