Igor Morr

Igor Morr currently works as invited professor of Department of Experimental Cardiology, Tropical Medicine Institute, Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas. Professor Morr currently conducts research on cardiovascular risk factors and cardiovascular prevention. In the last 5 years professor Morr has been a researcher in population studies focused on the subject of arterial hypertension.The current research project of Professor Igor Morr consists in the study of the correlation between obesity measured by BMI, abdominal circumference and percentage of body fat with hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, smoking, alcoholism, myocardial infarction, disease vascular brain and cognitive disorders in a general population .
