Pulido-Valdeolivas Irene

Irene Pulido Valdeolivas received the degree in medicine from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in neuroscience (summa cum laude) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In her Ph.D. project, using new data analysis tools, she analysed the different gait patterns of patients with hereditary spastic paraplegia. She completed her training as a Neurologist with University Hospital La Paz, Madrid. She is currently a part of the Visual Pathway Laboratory inside the Group of Pathogenesis and New Therapies, Institut d’Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS). Moreover, she is a Co-Founder of Aura Innovative Robotics. Her clinical tasks are focused on adults with multiple sclerosis and other immune-mediated central nervous system disorders. She holds one patent registered internationally.
