Humberto Campanella

Humberto Campanella received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and automatic systems from the Université de Montpellier, Montpellier, France, and the second Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain. He is currently with Skyworks Solutions, Singapore, where he is involved in technology development and system design of acoustic MEMS-based applications. Previously, he was with GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Singapore; the Tyndall National Institute, Cork, Ireland; the Institute of Microelectronics, A*STAR, Singapore; and CSIC (IMB-CNM), Barcelona, Spain, where he was doing research and development and new product development of RF front-end modules, ultrasonic transducers, BAW filters, and other acoustic MEMS device applications. He has authored more than 70 publications and holds 11 patents.
