Howard Li (M'07–SM'08) received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1995, the M.Sc. degree in engineering system and computing from the University of Guelph, Guelph, ON, Canada, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, in 2006. He has been doing research with the Department of Systems Design Engineering and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, NB.
