Honglu Guan

Honglu Guan was born in Henan, China, in 1992. He received the B.S. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2015. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include plasma science and insulation material modification using nonthermal plasma.
