Honggang Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics and information engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, CA, USA. He is currently an Associate Research Fellow with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Sichuan University. His research interests include image/video restoration, image/video coding, and computer vision.
