Herve Barthelemy received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the University of Paris XI, Orsay, France in 1992 and 1996, respectively. From 1996 to 2000, he was an Assistant Professor with the Institut Supérieur d’Electronique et du Numérique, France. In 2000, he joined the University of Provence, where he was a Full Professor in 2005. Since 2007, he has been with the University of Sud-Toulon-Var, France. His research interests include CMOS analog signal processing, radiofrequency, instrumentation, and wireless sensors. He has served as the Track Chair of the IEEE NEWCAS, the MIDWEST, the ICECS, and the ISCAS conferences. He was also the Technical Program Co-Chair of the IEEE International conference IEEE NEWCAS 2011, and the General Chair of the IEEE ICECS 2014 Conference. He served as an Associate Editor of the Journal IEEE Transactions Circuits and Systems II during 2011–2012 and 2012–2013.
