Heng Zhang

Zhang Heng is a researcher of College of Information and Communication Engnieering at Harbin Engnieering University, Harbin, Peoples Republic of China. Zhang has finished a Ph.D. (Communication and Information system) at Harbin Engnieering University,2008. He received a B.S. in Computer Science in 2001 from University of Science and Technology of China, and a M.S. in Communication and Information system in 2005 from Harbin Engnieering University. He has been doing research on nature science and management information systems for more than 10 years and published more than 10 articles in international journals (the latest article is "Analysis of infrared images based on grey system and neural network", Kybernetes, Emerald Group Publishing Limited，2010, Vol. 39 Iss: 8, pp.1366 - 1375，Zhang Heng.) and conferences. Dr. Zhang's research interests include information systems，artificial intelligence and neural networks，target detection，system optimization ，guidance system ，signal processing and image processing. In 2011， he got progress prize in provincial science and technology for studying of optical control bus. Zhang Heng works at 38rd Institute of China Electronics Technology Group and has developed three graduate students (Ph.D.), and has been working as reviewers of Journal of KAIS（Knowledge and Information Systems）, Optics Letters, Kybernetes，Control and Decision，ROBOT, ACTA AUTOMATICA SINICA，Journal of Harbin Engineer University, etc. He is a member of Emerald ，Chinese Association of System Simulation and a member of Chinese Society of Astronautics. He is currently leading a 20-person team that is involved in nature science research and management information systems application development.
