Helga Mattheß

Dr. Helga Mattheß is the former president of Trauma-Aid Europe and of Trauma-Aid Germany and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University in Worcester. She is EMDR Europe Accredited Trainer and Consultant and head of the Institute Psychotraumatology Institute Europe. Helga is author and co-author of articles and book chapters on trauma, dissociation and EMDR. She was initiating and organising the Mekong I Project being responsible for the trainings and the diagnostic tools. She is co-author of the ROTATE manual, a manualisation of stabilisation interventions investigated in this research.
