Currently, I am working on biopesticide formulations based on biocontrol agents to be exploited as an alternative strategy for combating plant diseases. Mainly, I am searching for new bacterial strains of potent antifungal activity against wide array of fungal phytopathogens, also I focus on investigation the antimicrobial metabolites synthesized by these strains, and then incorporate them in the bioformulations.
