个人简介
Our goal is to establish pathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic interventions for neurodegenerative diseases with a particular emphasis on diseases that cause ataxia. Our work uses cell culture and transgenic mouse models as well as human tissue/biofluid samples to study neurodegenerative diseases. Our expertise includes surgical intervention, genetics, confocal imaging, and molecular and cellular biology techniques.
