Haoyuan Hu

Haoyuan Hu is currently the Director in Alibaba, leading the Artificial Intelligence Department, Cainiao Network, Alibaba’s official logistics platform. Under his leadership, the team developed the Greed Solver, which obtained several best-known solutions in VRP benchmark problems and is broadly used to solve various routing problems in Alibaba. His research and application interests include the combination of operation research and machine learning, large-scale optimization in logistics, finance engineering, and server scheduling.
