Wan Hao

My research has been focusing on the development of novel materials and chemistry to substantially improve healthcare practice. I have published a number of academic papers in prestigious scientific journals, including Nature Methods, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Nature Communications, PNAS, ACS Nano, Advanced Healthcare Materials, and Food Chemistry, etc. I am the professor of the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resources, Nanchang University, China, professor of the School of Food Science and Technology, and a doctoral supervisor. I have carried out research in the fields of biomaterials, life science, food science, and material chemistry, etc., and paid attention to the connection between scientific research and the improvement of human health. My research interests mainly focus on the following aspects: the steady-state and precise delivery of food functional factors; food proteomics; the construction of biomimetic vectors and their application in disease treatment; the construction of functionalized nanoparticles and their application in precise cancer therapy. I have applied and authorized 9 patents. I presided over a number of national and provincial funds. I have served as a reviewer for internationally renowned SCI academic journals, including Analytical Chemistry, ACS Applied Materials & Interface, Theranostics, Carbon, Analytica Chimica Acta, etc.
