个人简介
Hao Jia (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in biomedical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2010 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in May 2018. He is currently a Research Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. His research interests include micro/nanoelectromechanical systems (M/NEMS), and for sensing applications. He was an Outstanding Young Scientist Award Finalist at Microsystems & Nanoengineering Summit in 2019 (MINE 2019), an Outstanding Paper Award Finalist at Transducers 2019, a recipient of the Best Student Paper Award at American Vacuum Society (AVS) International Symposium in 2016, and an Outstanding Student Paper Award Finalist at IEEE MEMS 2015.
