Hannes Gaisberger

I am a biologist by training, working as Scientist in the Forest Genetic Resources Team. My research focuses on the development and implementation of spatially explicit analysis tools (such as species distribution and climate change modeling, threat vulnerability mapping and ecogeographic diversity analysis) to maximize tree species and biodiversity in conservation and restoration projects aiming at resilient, multifunctional landscapes.
