Hangyun Jung

Hangyun Jung received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Hanyang University, Korea, in 2003. He joined Samsung Electronics in 2003, where he has been involved in the design of Synchronous DRAM such as SDR/DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR4. His current interests are in the area of high speed digital logic and low power design for memory.
