I am an Associate Professor of Atomic and Molecular Physics (Accelerator-Based) at the University of Jordan (UJ), and a Principal Researcher at the University of Jordan Van de Graaff Accelerator (JUVAC) facility.​ I received all my degrees of physics (B.Sc. in September 2002 and PhD in January 2010) from UJ with the highest distinction. ​I worked as an Assistant Professor and Head of Physics at Rabigh-College of Sciences and Arts, King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia (2010-2013). I joined UJ as an Assistant Professor in September 2013, and got promoted to Associate Professor of Atomic and Molecular Physics in June 2019. Since 2015, I have joined Elettra-Sincrotrone Trieste as a Research Fellow (awarded by ICTP).
