Hamidu Hamisi Gobeka

Hamidu Hamisi Gobeka is an assistant professor and a lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine formally at the Agri Ibrahim Cecen University (2020-2022) in Agri, and then Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University (2022-) in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. He successfully completed his undergraduate medical education and postgraduate ophthalmology studies at Dokuz Eylul and Ege Universities in Izmir, Turkey, respectively. He successfully completed the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO) exam, which was held in November 2021. He has taught in the fields of ophthalmology and general medicine. He co-authored numerous studies, not only with Professor Tansu Erakgun, a well-known cataract and vitreoretinal surgery specialist with decades of experience. Many eager authors have also collaborated with him for more outstanding academic studies. He has numerous publications and is currently working on a number of new papers. His research interests include not only anterior segment diseases and surgery, but also glaucoma, uveitis, and vitreoretinal diseases, as evidenced by his prior publications.
