Hailiang Ye (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in applied mathematics from China Jiliang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computational mathematics from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2019. He is currently a Lecturer with the College of Sciences, China Jiliang University. He has authored or coauthored over 30 scientific articles in top-tier journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (TIP), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (TCYB), IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS), IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing (TGRS), Information Processing and Management (IPM), Pattern Recognition, and Neural Networks. His research interests include graph neural networks, deep learning, and image processing. Dr. Ye is an Associate Editor of Soft Computing (Springer). He is a Regular Reviewer for top journals, including IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TGRS, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT), and Neural Networks.
